BMI Mergers & Acquisitions Completes Sale of LSI Controls Inc.

(Philadelphia, PA)  – BMI Mergers & Acquisitions a mergers and acquisitions advisory and business brokerage firm, announces the sale of LSI Controls Inc. to a private investor.

LSI Controls designs and manufactures embedded microprocessor control systems delivering board level components to fully packaged turnkey products.  LSI serves both after-market replacement and new design turnkey OEM markets.  Capabilities include both high-density surface mount, and traditional thru-hole circuit board construction for compatibility with legacy products.   High power LED systems are a specialty. Based in Waynesboro, PA, LSI was founded by Walter Nuschke in 1979.

New owner and CEO Randy Holl is a serial entrepreneur who has participated in the formation and growth of several startup and early stage high technology companies.   Randy holds degrees in physics and engineering from MIT and RPI respectively and has directed the development of high technology systems for over 30 years across a wide span of technology sectors.
