September 28, 2015 – (Philadelphia, PA) – BMI Mergers & Acquisitions announced the addition of Charles Fay to its team. Mr. Fay brings 30 years of Fortune 200 experience in high technology electronics.
He has held executive positions in general management, sales, manufacturing operations, supply chain and distribution. Most notably Charles was the key contributor that rebuilt and globalized a $1B business for Arrow Electronics and also reengineered a $2B supply chain model for Ericsson. His M&A experience includes closing a strategic acquisition for a public company, a successful turnaround and listing for sale of a privately held manufacturer as well as seamless integration of numerous strategic acquisitions for Arrow Electronics.

Charles has completed an executive MBA course in Leadership and Management at the Harvard Business School and also holds a Master of Science in Computer & Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
Having lived in Connecticut for a good part of his career, Charles will be relocating to the Stamford, Connecticut area. He will focus on the global electronics industry as well as manufacturing and distribution businesses in the New York – New England region.
