Physicians Acquire Practice With Plans Of Offering Expanded Imaging, Physical Therapy and Sleep Studies For Local Area Patients.
(Philadelphia, PA) – BMI Mergers & Acquisitions, a mergers, and acquisitions advisory firm, announces the sale of Northeast Rehabilitation, Imaging & Pain Management to a cardiologist, Dr. Arun Shingala. Dr. Shingala and his partner, Radiologist Dr. Suman Patel, plan to re-open the facility as a full-service imaging and radiology practice.
The practice is being renamed DSP Health System and will remain in its current location in East Stroudsburg, PA. The practice will offer expanded services including Neurology, Cardiology, Pain Management, Physical Therapy, and Sleep Studies. The Imaging Center will offer High Magnet MRI, Open MRI, 128 Slice CAT Scan, X-Ray, Ultrasound, and Mammograms. The Testing Center will include Ambulatory EEG, EEG, and Stress Echocardiogram, among other services.
