RDA Inc., a defense contractor, was acquired by Sentient Digital Inc. BMI assisted its client, RDA, in the marketing and sale of the company and assisted in the transaction negotiations and management.
Founded in 1986, RDA specializes in Anti-Submarine Warfare systems, digital acoustic enhancement, acoustic analysis systems, systems prototyping, R&D services, and systems engineering. RDA has offices in Doylestown, Pennsylvania; Warrenton, Virginia; and Lexington Park, Maryland.
Sentient Digital specializes in developing and maintaining complex mission-critical systems and software capabilities for the department of defense and commercial customers in an array of specializations, including mission assurance, on-premises optimization, Model-Based Systems Engineering, and artificial intelligence.
