Before joining BMI, David founded Walton Consulting, Inc., co-founded an HR SaaS startup and served as a Principal & Senior Advisor with N2Growth. His broad background as a C-level business advisor equips him to address critical pre- and post-sale management transitions for BMI clients.

A native of Bethlehem, PA, David holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of South Carolina. An experienced teacher and speaker, he has shared insights with businesses, universities, non-profits, and national conferences. David resides in Allentown, PA, with his wife and daughter.
