BMI Mergers & Acquisitions announces the acquisition of Diversified Design, a Harrisburg area interior design firm established in 1983 by Beers + Hoffman Architecture with offices in the Lancaster and Lebanon area.
Beers Hoffman is an architectural firm extensively experienced in the design of senior living, schools, healthcare & medical facilities, churches, institutional & libraries, commercial & professional spaces, and residential homes. The addition of Diversified Design enhances Beers Hoffman’s ability to provide clients with a complete architectural design solution. According to Beers Hoffman partner C. Bruce Christman, the two firms are very complimentary with a similar market focus but with very little customer overlap. In addition, he notes both firms share the same core values of integrity, trust, and building long-lasting relationships.
For 32 years Diversified Design has been a leader in central and eastern Pennsylvania in the commercial interior design market. Owner and founder, Michele Wierman will stay on with the firm and remain focused on interior design and maintaining and building quality client relationships. Diversified will retain its name, employees, and Harrisburg office.
