Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Business Acquired by Mechanical Contractor Investor Group

A leading commercial HVAC and plumbing business serving the Greater Philadelphia area has been acquired by a Utah-based company.  Four Quarters Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning hired BMI to locate a buyer who could meet the succession plans of the three owners.  A group of investors who own a mechanical contracting business in Utah as well as other companies acquired Four Quarters. Two of the sellers are planning to stay with the new owner for up to five years, while the third retired immediately.

BMI assisted its client, Four Quarters, in the marketing and sale of the company and assisted in the transaction negotiations and management.

Founded in 1990, Four Quarters provides mechanical services including new construction and maintenance and repair for a variety of commercial clients including distribution centers, medical facilities, production plants, and supermarkets.
