BMI Mergers & Acquisitions assisted Xebec Adsorption Inc., a designer, and producer of the Biostream® biogas purification system and other industrial gas products, in the acquisition of Milwaukee-based Wisconsin Compressed Air.
Wisconsin Compressed Air operates a compressed air sales and service business out of its Milwaukee and Butler, Wisconsin locations. According to the Wisconsin Office of Energy Innovation, Wisconsin is one of the highest biogas using states in the U.S. This acquisition expands Xebec’s Cleantech service capabilities to serve this important market.
