Mr. Shannon has 25 years of experience in corporate development, financial and strategic planning and business and financial advisory. His experience includes helping businesses capitalize on strategic planning initiatives including acquiring and selling companies, joint venture initiatives, fostering new business strategies, raising capital and managing all aspects of the acquisition/divestiture process.
He has served in a senior management capacity in both finance and corporate development positions and his mergers and acquisitions experience includes the acquisition of more than 30 small and mid-size companies both domestic and international, developing numerous strategic business plans and raising $250 million in debt and equity with various financial investors.
