BMI Mergers & Acquisitions Managing Director, David K. Clark, passes the Series 79 and becomes a registered representative

(Philadelphia, PA) – BMI Mergers & Acquisitions a mergers and acquisitions advisory and investment banking firm, announced David K. Clark, Managing Director of BMI now holds securities licenses Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative) and Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) as a registered representative of StillPoint Capital, LLC, a FINRA Member firm and registered broker-dealer.

“My registration with StillPoint will benefit our clients as StillPoint provides the services and support of an in-house Investment Banking Department,” said Mr. Clark, “In addition, the affiliation opens up collaborative networking with over 100 affiliates located around the world.” BMI will continue operating independently. BMI will continue operating their existing business, while securities will be offered through StillPoint Capital in compliance with applicable regulations.

NASD Rule 1032(i) requires an associated person to register with FINRA as a Limited
Representative – Investment Banking (Investment Banking Representative) and pass a
corresponding qualification examination if such person’s activities involve:

(1) advising on or facilitating debt or equity securities offerings through a private
placement or a public offering, including but not limited to origination,
underwriting, marketing, structuring, syndication, and pricing of such securities
and managing the allocation and stabilization activities of such offerings, or

(2) advising on or facilitating mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, financial
restructurings, asset sales, divestitures or other corporate reorganizations or
business combination transactions, including but not limited to rendering a
fairness, solvency or similar opinion.
